highly recommend...

Visited their showroom today In hatton garden after speaking to a gentlemen called Raj in regards to selling 2 watches. They offered me a quick quote very professionally over WhatsApp i initially did not want to take the offer but it was good so I decided to sell hassle free. When arrived greeted well professionally and offered drinks. I was served by Nerya Netanel very professionally and friendly kind service. Very easy to deal with hassle free quick transaction without no time wasted paid as agreed before arriving. I highly recommend them and would deal with them again in future when I need to. All the best keep up the good work!

experience was excellent...

First time buying from The Luxury Hut and the whole experience was excellent. I came across a watch on their site, got in touch, and Jack was great to deal with, friendly, helpful and straight to the point. They reserved the watch for me, and when I visited the showroom everything went smoothly.

Very impressed all round

Very impressed all round. Communicating on WhatsApp, then followed by a visit to Hatton Gardens. Service was prompt and helpful. I’ll definitely be using them again.

Highly recommended!

Amazing service from the first time I got in contact, right until after I received my items. I received a courtesy call a week after delivery, to make sure I was happy.

Excellent business with a friendly team

Great Service

I spoke to Cheryl regarding selling a Rolex watch, shipped it on Friday and by Monday afternoon after agreeing a sale price the funds were in my bank account. Very impressed with the service, would recommend without hesitation.

An absolutely first-class experience…

An absolutely first-class experience from start to finish; this is how the purchase of a luxury watch should go. A smiley reception from Cheryl and an enjoyable purchase with Jack, who was genuine, knowledgeable, not to say good chat besides. Owner Nerya was first-class also and further gave me a very fair price on my Rolex Datejust OP.
